Mannette Antill is a voice empowerment mentor, award-winning actor, and teaching artist whose passion is to equip women thought – leaders, change -makers, advocates, and purpose-driven professionals with the tools to develop voices that command attention, inspire action, and drive meaningful change. Blending performance, law, and advocacy into a unique and compelling force, she provides these women with the vocal presence and authority needed to lead, influence, and create lasting impact.
Drawing from the voice and speech methodologies taught at the world’s most highly regarded acting conservatories, Mannette’s approach is deeply rooted in artistic mastery, presence, and the power of storytelling to ignite change. Her work empowers women to break barriers, strengthen their presence, and amplify their voices as a force for leadership and transformation.
Before returning to the arts, Mannette built a distinguished career spanning the courtroom, the stage, and the front lines of advocacy. She worked as a legislative aide, prosecutor, and in-house counsel for Fortune 500 and Fortune 50 companies before founding a women-focused law practice. She later became a media spokesperson for a national civil rights organization, using her voice to amplify critical issues and advocate for underrepresented communities. She has also worked with domestic violence shelters, providing legal guidance and support to survivors seeking justice.
Her advocacy deepened when two of her children were identified as neurodivergent, leading her to co-found nonprofit schools and programs that champion inclusive education. She joined a traveling puppet troupe, using storytelling to foster empathy, inclusion, and respect.
Through every stage of her career, Mannette’s work has been rooted in social justice, diversity, economic equity, and inclusion. She is committed to building a world where every voice is heard, every leader is empowered, and communication becomes a tool for equity and transformation. She believes that when bold, courageous women claim their voices, they don’t just speak – they drive progress, create change, and reshape the world for the better.
