Your Unleashed Voice is a 12 week immersive journey into the artistry of voice, speech, and presence.

This work draws from the methodologies taught in the most highly respected acting conservatories across the globe, grounded in a physical, whole body approach that begins where real communication begins in the breath, the body, and the nervous system.

Over these twelve weeks, you will explore the depth and richness of your voice while developing a deeper connection to your body, your words, and your audience.

You will begin by laying the foundation for this journey, discovering how vocal expression emerges from breath, and how breath, body, and voice function as one system. Through direct physical experience, you will release patterns of tension that limit resonance, expression, and presence, allowing your voice to become fuller, warmer, and more responsive.

As the work deepens, you will expand your vocal range and expressive capacity, accessing greater resonance, variety, melody, and emotional availability. What begins as exploration becomes increasingly familiar and reliable, as repetition allows these experiences to settle into the body and become available without constant effort or control.

Over time, you will develop a voice that is less managed and more fully engaged, a voice that can respond in the moment, connect more immediately with your words, and sustain presence under pressure.

This is not a course in performance or presentation techniques. It is a process of developing the physical conditions that allow your voice to function fully and freely.

As your body releases and your breath deepens, your voice becomes more spontaneous, expressive, and connected. You begin to experience the ease and joy of authentic communication, where expression is not constructed, but emerges.

This 12 week format allows the work to unfold progressively and cumulatively. Foundation, expansion, and presence are not separate stages, but interwoven processes that develop together over time through repetition, awareness, and embodied experience.

This 12 week journey is designed to support steady, embodied development through consistent practice and integration.

Each week includes two live sessions where you will engage directly in the physical exploration of breath, body, and voice.

You will also have access to an optional question and answer office hour, a space to ask questions, deepen understanding, and receive additional guidance as the work unfolds.

Between sessions, you are invited into a dedicated practice environment where you can continue exploring and reinforcing the work in your own time.

This ongoing space allows the experiences to become more familiar, more accessible, and more integrated into your body, as you share your journey with a safe and supportive cohort of women.

This structure is intentional.

The frequency, repetition, and continuity are what allow the work to move beyond insight and become something you can rely on.
